Bowtie Alfredo with
Mushrooms,
Peas and Ham
Serves 4
Creamy and colorful - an easy family dinner any
night of the week!

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
8 oz. white button or cremini mushrooms, sliced thin
20 grape or cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 -15 oz. can baby peas, drained
4 oz. of your favorite lean sliced deli ham cut in ˝ inch
strips
1/2 lb. bowtie pasta
1 - 6.5 oz. container of Lazy Chef Alfredo sauce
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Easy
Preparation:

Cook the bowtie pasta according to
package directions, drain and set aside.

In a 3-4 quart non-stick sauté pan,
heat the olive oil on medium heat.

Stir in the mushrooms and cook for 2-3
minutes.

Add the tomatoes, baby peas and the
ham and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Turn off the heat and add the cooked
bowtie pasta and the Lazy Chef Alfredo sauce.

Gently stir until the Alfredo sauce
has melted and all the vegetables and pasta are
coated in sauce.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Divide into 4 portions and spoon into
pasta bowls.

Garnish each plate with ˝ tablespoon
of the Parmesan cheese.
Serve with fresh garlic bread, a green
salad and a hearty red wine.
