Pesto Verde Pizza
Serves 3-4
It’s all green and a favorite with pesto &
olive lovers!

Ingredients:
1 12-inch Boboli® pizza crust or other
prepared pizza crust
1 - 6.5 oz. container of Lazy Chef Traditional Pesto
1 small (6 inch) zucchini, sliced very thin
½ cup of your favorite pitted (or stuffed) green olives,
sliced in half (stuffed olives work great for example
stuffed with pimentos, almonds, or garlic)
½ cup shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

On a large cookie sheet or pizza
stone, spread the Lazy Chef Traditional Pesto
over the pizza crust leaving a ½ inch crust on all sides.

Evenly spread the zucchini slices and
the olives over the pesto.

Spread the mozzarella cheese and
Parmesan cheese on top.

Bake for 10 minutes or until the
cheese bubbles and the pizza is heated through.

Cut into 6-8 slices and serve
immediately.
Serve with a tossed green salad and
limeade for a totally green dinner!
